  Comments:
Monitoring - missing a nitrate and a TC sample in past 2 years. Joe and I filled out the Coliform Sampling Plan together during survey. Management - No O&M manual, Emergency Response Plan items reviewed with Joe during survey. I expect Nancy Weiler is more likely to follow up.
