Deficiencies notes as follows:
1. Asbestos monitoring. Please collect one sample downstream from the A/C piping. A monitoring schedule will be determined once the initial sampling has been completed.
2. Plan Review. Our office has not received information for the rebuilt 140,000 gallon storage tank at the East Beach Facility. Please submit the storage tank details to complete the plan review.
