  Comments:
SOURCE - If Seagull well is reactivated as a source, they will need to make the wellhead watertight, add screen to vent, and add sample tap. FINISHED WATER - Add locks to tanks; screen all lines that connect to tanks; fix screen on vent. MONITORING - No Coliform Sampling Plan. MANAGEMENT - No Emergency Response Plan; no Operations Manual; No Plan Review on new raw water tank. REC: Add pressure relief valve close to pressure tanks; Calibrate turbidimeter quarterly; Complete shelter over wellhead.
