  Comments:
currently no cross connection program ordinace or enabling authority for the seavey loop water system. please contact mike perry, dhs dwp. weekly samples are currently collected for chlorine measurement free chlorine residual must be recorded at least twice per week per oar 333-061-0036(9)(a)(A). roof and access hatch not water tight. storage tank also has many leaks. recommendations to install adequate pump to waste piping at the well. the concrete storage tank has many leaks. recommend repairing leaks.
