Source/Wellhead Construction: -well does not meet setbacks from hazards. Treatment: -surface water treatment turbidity standards not met. -Cannot determine flow rate on contact chamber: a flow meter on effluent line of the clear well needs to be installed. -CT values not calculated correctly: a tracer study is required for CT value determination. Management & Operations: -Manual not updated to include new equipment. Manual & SOPs needed for new operating plant. Operator Certification: -Certified operator not at required livel: Water Distribution 1 & Treatment 1 training required. -Protocols for non-DRC operator required.
