  Comments:
Failure to measure turbidity accurately. Need to change CT calculations, measure pH, chlorine and temperature at first user. Measure chlorine in distribution at least 2X weekly. No coliform sampling plan. No operations and maintenance manual. Residuals not recorded as required. Recommendations: Replace sand in bruner periodically. Clean 3 water tanks periodically.
