Source: -Wellhead not protected from flooding. SRC-AA located in floodplain. Develop and maintain a contingency plan for flood events in the ERP. -No raw water sample tap. Finished Water Storage: -Hatch not locked or adequately secured. -Roof and access hatch not watertight. There is a hole in the hatch. Water storage roofs must be watertight, and the access manhole must have a lockable watertight cover. Monitoring: -Not current -No coliform sampling plan. Make sure sample locations have ideal sampling faucets and that proper sampling techniques are used. Management & Operations: -ERP not completed. Upon completion, it must be reviewed. Structural Deficiencies: Pump to waste: Present plumbing configurations lack a "pump to waste" capability. Piping arrangements must include provisions for pumping the total flow from the well to waste. Concrete slab around casing: A reinforced concrete slab shall be pourer around the well casing at ground surface. The slab shall be sloped to drain away from the casing.
