Management & Operations: ERP not completed. Operations & Maintenance manual not completed. Treatment: Turbidimeters not calibrated per mfr or at least quarterly. There is no flow meter on effluent side of clearwell or adequate alternative. Recommendations: 1) Maximum flow rate through the treatment plant is 32 GPM. Specifications on Strainrite cartridge indicates maximum flow of 20 GPM. 2) Planning is in process for a new 40000 gallon storage tank to replace current tanks. Make sure adequate contact time for one-long Giardia is considered during the design process. Contact DWP for a plan review prior to construction. 3) ERP and Operations & Maintenance manual are not complete. Complete as discussed.
