Incorrect compliance turbidity monitoring location at Keys Road Plant 5. Turbidity profiles immediately following a backwash on each surface water filter plant at Keys Road are needed every quarter. 6. Measure and record the free chlorine residual twice a week from the distribution system, and keep the records on-site for review during future inspections. 7. The contact time through the 1 Million Gallon storage reservoir at the Keys Road facility must be based on a tracer study. 8. As discussed during the survey, the overflows at the High Zone 0.30 Million Gallon (MG) and Keys Road plant 1.0 MG storage reservoirs must have a flap valve, screen or equivalent protection on the outlet. 9.
