  Comments:
The deficiencies noted are as follows:

Treatment Deficiencies
1. Filter Profiles not conducted at least quarterly.

The recommendations noted are as follows:

1. The CFE turbidimeter probe(intake line) is currently located at the highest point of the plant on the elbow. As it is currently
plumbed, you have to turn the final valve(that goes to the tank) or the filter-to-waste valve down to create back pressure in
order to have accurate readings. We recommend moving this to a lower straight part of the effluent pipe (after filter, before storage).
This will help ensure accurate measurements from your CFE, please consider moving this.
2. The serpentine mixer, located directly after Alum is injected but before entering the plant, is very dirty and would benefit from
a cleaning. This is a very important component as it will help rapidly mix the alum with the water before entering the plant.
Please clean this serpentine mixer regularly.
3. All chemical feed pumps should be calibrated annually at different speeds and strokes and the results graphed so that the pump
curve can be evaluated.
4. Recommend performing routine flushing of the distribution system every six months or as needed for your distribution system
5. Recommend turning your valves or exercising them at least annually.
