1. Sampling not current.

The comments & recommendations noted are as follows:

1. The in-ground reservoirs need to be sealed to exclude any rodents, mice, or insects from entering finished water storage.
The union of the vertical wall and the base plate has major gaps where there is no screening in the voids. Repair the man way
doors so they seal more effectively.
2. The chlorine readings taken daily in the wet well building should be Free Chlorine and not Total Chlorine as it is now being done.
