The recommendations and comments noted are as follows:

1. A summary of your monitoring requirements was discussed. Coliform samples are due quarterly and nitrate samples are due annually for the old well.
Since the new well is used for emergency, in the event it needs to be used it will need to have a coliform and nitrate sample drawn prior
to putting it to use for drinking water.
