  Comments:
    Deficiencies identified during 2012 survey are noted below:
  • Seal the gap on Well #3 where water level device enters the wellhead
  • Old Well #1 is a sanitary hazard since it is within 100-foot setback from Well #3
  • Install flap valve, screen, or equivalent on storage reservoir overflow/drain piping
  • Develop a written coliform sampling plan
  • Collect raw water sample from Well #4. Collect asbestos sample from area in distribution served with AC piping. Asbestos sample must be collected between June 1st and September 30th.
  • Establish written protocol for operators certified at less than the Department-required level, unless under-certified operators obtain appropriate Department-required level.
  • Develop written operations and maintenance manual and written emergency response plan
