Recommended the following: 1. Well #1 was inaccessible at the time of my visit. Please confirm that the sanitary seal and casing are watertight, the wellhead terminates above grade, and a sample tap is present. 2. Please update the phone numbers in your Emergency Response Plan, particularly the DWP 971-673-0405. 3. The chlorine disinfection system has not yet gone through final plan review approval. Please contact Tom Charbonneau.
