  Comments:
Deficiencies: 1. System not conducting backwash filter profiles. 2. System not measuring pH, temperature and chlorine at first user. 3. MCLs for DBPs have been exceeded every year since 2002. 4. System does not have alarms for low chlorine or high turbidity. 5. System is not sampling quarterly for DBPs. 6. Public notices are not being issued for M&R violations. 7. System does not have written protocols for under-certified operators.
