| Details: | SUMMARY: No Certified Operator No DRL DETAILS: Spoke with Mary Kolosek about the need for operator Certification. She stated that she had had trouble attending operator certification because the training dates fall on workdays and she has to work those days. All other water users must work also. I directed her to the website for operator certification and gave her the number for the state that deals with operator certification 971-673-0426. The operator stated that she will possibly attend an operator training class in the spring/summer if it fits her schedule. | ||
