Details: | SUMMARY: Tracer Study Follow up DETAILS: Completed the CT Tracer Study and submitted copies to the DWP. A letter to the City of Coburg and a phone call to Mr Harris to explain the certified result of the study were completed as well. The initial draft review concluded the study was outside the EPA protocols due to the use of a minimum chlorine boost. HBH reviewed the data and was in agreement with DWP. The ground water system has a minimum of theoretical contact time and the Tracer Study verified the theoretical calculation. Since it is unlikely the T10 would significantly change had the chlorine boost been significantly higher, the study was submitted with the caveat regarding the use of the low chlorine boost as being outside EPA protocols. ACTION NEEDED: Be available to the system for technical assistance if required. |
