Details: SUMMARY: Monthly Routine Taken 10/2/07 +TC DETAILS: I left Juanice a message asking her to make sure and do 4 repeats as soon as possible. I reminded her also that she needs 5 temp routines in November. I asked her to call me back with times she is available to meet to for a sanitary survey since they are due. ACTION NEEDED: Need a sanitary survey.
