| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation of alert for routine +TC in August DETAILS: I spoke to Mick about the +TC from 8/19/08. He wasnt aware of a +TC for the month of August, and upon further investigation, discovered that the summary report submitted by them to us was in error. Mick submitted an amended report along with the original lab summary report to back it up. I submitted to our Data Management department this date to have the information corrected. ACTION NEEDED: No +TC in August, report was in error-- system has submitted amended report and our Data Management Unit will correct the info as soon as possible. | ||
