Details:	SUMMARY: Four phase 3 repeat samples collected on 8/6/08 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: After discussing the situation with Scott Curry and Richard Kirby it was decided that no immediate action will be taken. The system has almost completed construction on a continuous chlorination system, estimated system activation 8/23/08. Given the persistent total coliform problem and its present isolation to Phase Three, temporary treatment is not practical in the short amount of time left before the system is permanently chlorinated. Five temporary routine samples need to be submitted in the month of September. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be submitted in the month of September.
