System chlorinated system 8/18/and took 2 special samples 8/20. Both specials absent. Spoke to operator Jeannette again 8/28/and she e-mailed copy of PN. Public Notice handed out and mailed with work party letter. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routines during September.
