Details: SUMMARY: Second quarter violation for failure to report routine coliform sample in June DETAILS: 7/18/08 - Note that a survey of this system was conducted on 9/12/07. Please see the attached inventory and narrative showing that the system was changed to seasonal June 15 - September 30 at the time of the survey. Any subsequent violations incurred beyond this one are a result of the inaccurate inventory and there fore SDWIS sampling schedule. Additionally, please note that although SDWIS was not updated to reflect the contact change to Bill McDonald the system has since changed its contact back to Greg Clensy as SDWIS currently reflects. A passing coliform sample was collected on 7/15/08. I spoke with the system concerning the need to submit a routine coliform sample every month that they are operational. ACTION NEEDED: Routine coliform samples need to be collected monthly during the operating season June 15 - September 30
