Details: SUMMARY: Failure to submit annual nitrate sample in 2007 DETAILS: 8/18/08 I spoke with Neilson Research Inc. and determined that a nitrate sample was collected on 5/31/07. Due to a lab error the result was not reported. See the attached analysis report. ACTION NEEDED: The attached nitrate result needs to be entered into SDWIS
