Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: All 3 samples had detections above the MCl from 3rd,4th, quarter 2008 and 1st quarter 2009. I spoke with Alan about compliance concerns. He said he would contact the project manager Tim Oris with Cascade Earth Sciences and get more information ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with Tim to determine what action they are taking to comply.
