Details: SUMMARY: Discussed bilateral compliance agreement DETAILS: Liand and I exchanged several voice-mails regarding the arsenic levels at North Marion SD and that they state is proceeding to move forward with enforcement action. I tried to discuss the possibility of a bilateral compliance agreement with Linda Reeves, but she was unavailable. I sent her an email message with a draft agreement attached on 5/6/09 and requested she respond with comments if necessary so we could proceed with signatures. ACTION NEEDED: Await a response from Linda Reeves, or move forward with an administrative order if the school district refuses to sign an agreement.
