Details: SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: 3 of 4 repeats positive following 9/23 positive. This is an MCL violation and system is currently working with HBH to install chlorine disinfection as they cannot find source of ongoing problem. ACTION NEEDED: Work on fixing problem and take special verification samples. Take 5 temporary routines in October. Distribute public notice within 30 days and get copy to this office.
