Details: SUMMARY: Detection of Diquat DETAILS: Routine SOC tests taken 8/11/09 (received at PSOB 10/15/09) showed Diquat detected at 0.002 mg/l (MCL=0.002) at the entry point for the Non-Pariel WTP. Lab verified the result with a confirmation sample. ACTION NEEDED: Informed City (via phone call and letter) that quarterly testing for Diquat is required, beginning in 2010, with a miminum of four samples required. Resume normal sampling if results are reliably and consistently below the MCL.
