| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Called and spoke with Linda and she said she thought the test was taken and said Cascade Earth Sciences was handling all the monitoring for the system. Linda had kalan call me and he faxed me a copy of test results from 7/27/09 that included a coliform. I forwarded those results to Chuck Michael at the state. I also reminded Kalan that a nitrate test will need to be taken for 2009. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on future test to make sure they are getting reported. | ||
