| Details: | SUMMARY: LT2 Compliance DETAILS: Since the e-coli trigger level of 10 E. coli/100 ml was exceeded, I e-mailed Allen that he will need to send me plans for complying with LT2 by January 1, 2010. The options for the plan include: 1) Indicating in writing that you will be installing 5.5-log cryptosporidium treatment ("full treatment") to be operational by Sept 30, 2014 (you would need to indicate what treatment - e.g. U/V to meet this requirement)-- or 2) Submitting a source water, cryptosporidium sampling schedule (twice per month for 12 months from 04/01/10 - 03/31/11 or once per month for 24 months from 04/01/10 - 03/31/12). The schedule is similar to that which was requested and developed for the e-coli monitoring and would need to include specific sampling dates for each month and a map or diagram showing the sampling location. Sampling would need to begin 04/01/10. ACTION NEEDED: Submit LT2 compliance plan by January 1, 2010. | ||
