Details: SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: September 27, 2009 positive coliform. System was unable to take a resample so Steve plans to chlorinate the well and take 5 routine samples after it has been disinfected. Will contact me within the month to schedule a system survey since the system has not had a survey since 1991 ACTION NEEDED: Disinfect well and take five routine samples. Steve to contact the office to schedule system survey
