| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed civil penalty settlement DETAILS: Bobbie called to say that they have reviewed the settlement to reduce the civil penalty assessed against the Weiss Estates water system. She said they are agreeable to all the items, but might need more time to install approved cartridge filters for their water system. We agreed that an additional 2 months, until August 31, 2010 would be very acceptable and should allow the system to complete the installation. ACTION NEEDED: I will print copies of the agreement and mail them to Bobbie for her signature and that of Corinne Clifton, then they should return the copies to us for our signature. | ||
