Details: SUMMARY: Tracer Study Report DETAILS: System and Water District have entered into a Bilateral Compliance Agreement that requires the District to conduct a CT study to determine chlorine contact time prior to the first user. The tracer study must be completed before September 30 2009. The WD received an extension to October 7th to complete the study as the chlorine dosage increase preliminary study was not completed before November 30th. I met with Pete to conduct the CT Study on October 7th. An initial review of the data was conducted in October after the study. In November, I completed a through review of all the data collected during the study and completed the report and sent it to Rob Henry, HBH for review. In addition to the routine content of the report and estimation of the clearwell baffling was determined as requested by DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Send report to all parties.
