Details: SUMMARY: Contact Tracer Testing DETAILS: The system owns and operates a community water system that serves a population of 235 people through 100 connections. The system source is a spring fed unnamed creek which is impounded. The treatment plant is a diatomaceous earth treatment system. Disinfection is with sodium hypochlorite. HBH was contacted to provide contact tracer study as required in the most recent water system survey. I performed contact tracer trusting data collection. ACTION NEEDED: Complete Contact Tracer Study document.
