Details:	SUMMARY: Field confirmation of Settlement Agreement DETAILS: Visited water system to verify the turbidimeter and flow meter were moved to the proper locations. The turbidimeter is plumbed to measure raw water. I informed Bobbie this was incorrect, that it sould be connected after the filters. She said the work was done by Bandon Well and Pump, who had the DHS letter describing what was needed. The flow meter is in the correct location, after storage. ACTION NEEDED: Call Boldens to see if they have a benchtop turbidimeter to use for filtered water until the inline unit is correctly plumbed.
