Details: SUMMARY: Repeat TC+ follow up DETAILS: One of five repeat samples TC+. Some confusion at lab with samples labeled RT that were actually RP. Only TC+ was from same location as original positive 19185 Buck Dr. so replacement sample submitted 10/13/10 am. If sample absent, can be alleviated. ACTION NEEDED: Invalidate original TC+ if replacement is absent and back to routine 1/ month.
