Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic violation DETAILS: System did not report a first quarter 2011 arsenic sample. I called Linda and informed her and she said she would contact Cascade Earth Sciences(CES) and follow up. 4/20/11 - Got a call from Kalan at CES and he said the test was taken. I looked it up and now it is in database but it was reported late so the violation stands. Kalan said he would make sure the lab reports on time for next quarter. ACTION NEEDED: Routine quarterly arsenic sample reported on time. UPDATE: 2nd quarter 2011 arsenic test taken 4/27 and reported on 5/9
