Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Don called to inform me the 1/27/12 temp routine tested positive. I spoke with Chuck Michael at the state regarding whether or not four additional temp routines are due: they are not if any of the repeat samples are coliform positive but they are if the repeat samples are coliform absent. Chuck informed me the state does not issue violation to NP systems. I called Don and advised him to only collect the two triggered and three repeat samples. 2/1/12 - I called and reminded Don that five temporary routines are due in February ACTION NEEDED: Two triggered and three distribution repeats are due within 24 hours.
