Details:	SUMMARY: Water main break DETAILS: Water main failed on Nehalem Rd in Neahkahnie Beach around 12:30pm 10/23/12 the service has been shut off to customers on Nehalem Rd. west of Indian Gap Rd. Customers have been notified by phone to flush and then boil water for 24 hours after service has been restored. Richard will sample for total coliform and will lift the boil water notice after not total coliform has been detected. The water main break was caused by improper installation. ACTION NEEDED: none
