| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT: COLI13212 COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES DETAILS: Amanda called reporting coliform found present in 8/25 sample. She stated system uses 3 wells and ozone is in use for disinfection, but there may be lights on the O3 system that maintenance may be due.Discussed requirement to collect 4 repeat samples ASAP from residences, rather than the pump house where sampling has been taking place. At same time a sample should be drawn from each well head (assuming all 3 wells are in use).If coliform found present again, Amanda is to call the health dept again for more instruction.In September 5 temporary routine samples are due. Ideally if anything needs fixed, the fix should happen before the 5 samples are drawn. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples + source sample (3) ASAP5 temporary routine samples in September. | ||
