Details:	SUMMARY: tc+ routine sample DETAILS: The water system collected a monthly routine sample on 11/5/14. It came back positive for total coliform bacteria. The system did some looking and it appeared as though the chlorine injection line was plugged. The system was going to perform some maintenance and then take the repeat samples immediately. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. Further action will be based on the results.
