Details: SUMMARY: TC positive routine sample DETAILS: The regular operator has been out of town and the sample collected this time was done by Larry Lawrence (water board member). There was no chlorine residual written on the form. When asked if the chlorine residual was taken at the time of the measurement, Larry said it was. **(spoke with Marvin Hair - Board President on 5/18/15 who said there was no residual measured as no one was sure where the test kit was) Went over the follow up sampling requirements for the system. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect 4 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. **note on 5/18/15 an alert was received as the triggered source sample was total coliform positive** Five temporary routine samples will need to be collected in June.
