Details: SUMMARY: survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Called Dennis for update on making corrections from 3/3/15 survey. The ASR for 2014 has been submitted and they are working on gathering PR materials for the new well #3. The abandonment of well #1 will be addressed during plan review. I reminded Dennis that the PR must be in by 7/10 and he assured me it would be. ACTION NEEDED: Submit PR for well #3 by 7/10/15 and follow requirements of findings.
