Details: SUMMARY: Re-Inactivate Well 4 DETAILS: Keith reports that when they fired up Well 4, it was not producing. So they put it offline again, and will possible formally abandon it in future. ACTION NEEDED: Notify DMCE to change the status of Well 4 to inactive again.
