Details: SUMMARY: 2nd quarter DBP monitoring violation DETAILS: I notified Rich that we did not receive Sherwoods 2nd quarter 2015 DBP tests and as a result, the system will receive a monitoring violation. The samples were collected in April but he was relying on the lab to report the results and it appears that did not occur. He sent the April results in and upon review, the LRAA for HAA5s at SS#2 will go above 1/2 the MCL. Therefore, the system must return to routine monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: System must return to routine monitoring at 4 sites per quarter beginning August 2015.
