Details: SUMMARY: Survey Deficiency follow up DETAILS: March 6, 2015 survey noted 3 significant deficiencies. 1) No plan review for the new well #3. 2) The old well #1 likely needs abandoned. 3) no ASR for 2013. ASR submitted for 2014 and Plan Review submitted to Carrie in July. Abandonment of well #1 will be addressed in plan review/well evaluation. ACTION NEEDED: wait for plan review results to dictate future requirements and abandonment of well #1.
