| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up and Corrective Actions addressing Total Coliform Alerts DETAILS: : One the Repeat Samples taken following Alert Coli 14535 was total coliform positive.August 26, 2015: Ramona Quinn talked with water system operator Dave Crider after receiving information that one of the repeat samples was total coliform positive. Planned actions are:o Disinfect the water system.o Check chlorine residuals at various locations to assure adequate disinfection.o Flush the water system particularly at dead ends and low use lines.o Take confirming samples after disinfection and flushing complete.o Distribute Public Notice ACTION NEEDED: August 28, 2015: Delbert Bell talked with operator Dave Crider.o Water System was disinfected, trace chlorine residual was detectedo Public Notice was postedo Water system was flushedo Coliform Samples verifying correction will be taken Monday (August 31 or Tuesday September1) after verifying that residual chlorine is gone.o Take five temporary routine samples during the month of September 2015. | ||
