Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 9/2/15 DETAILS: Left a message for the DRC letting him know about the total coliform positive. I let him know to take at source sample at the spring box & three repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to take 5 temp routine samples for the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
