Details: SUMMARY: Follow up to localized boil order - loss of pressure DETAILS: David notified me on 2/4/16 that due to a leak in a waterline, 2 homes lost positive pressure in the area of SE Troutdale Road. System notified residents verbally and in writing of boil order in effect on 2/4, while repair was being made, and residents out of water. System followed DWS best management practices to respond to reduced pressure situation. Clean coliform sample results received Saturday 2/6/16, and residents notified that localized boil order was being lifted. Copy of written boil noticed received by DWS on 2/5/16. ACTION NEEDED: No specific action at this time.
