Details: SUMMARY: Alert: CHEM7343 --- Ethylbenzene and Xylene Tested Above the Detection Limit DETAILS: 10-17-16 - Ethylbenzene and Xylene samples collected from EP-A on 9-26-16 tested above the detection limit (0.00126 and 0.00669, respectively). I left a message with Richards voice mail.10-18-16 - Spoke with Richard and informed him that monitoring for these two contaminants needs to be changed to quarterly for a minimum of two quarters. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
