Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate Over 1/2 MCL Alert DETAILS: I left a message with Mrs. Tina Galloway on the telephone discusssing the 5.170mg/l Nitrate Sample collected on 01/16/2017. The sample is over 1/2 the MCL, and requires that the firm continue monitoring Nitrate at least quarterly. I instructed the firm to continue quarterly nitrate monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly nitrate monitoring.
